If you so choose our website will save your details to make it easier for future orders. Very rarely orders will fail or a mistake can be made. We cannot be held accountable for this however we will do everything within our power to remedy this.
Once your order has been completed you will be taken to Stripe to pay for goods plus shipping at the checkout process. We accept credit and debit cards only. Once your order has been completed you will receive an order confirmation email. You will then receive a 2nd email when the package has been shipped, a tracking number will be included in this email.
If we believe you have breached our terms in any way we reserve the right to cancel your order or place on hold until the problem is solved.
Wrights Honey uses Fastway Couriers or NZ Post as their main shipping companys. Once an order is processed and dispatched it should be with you within 24-48 hours within New Zealand. If you live in rural New Zealand then this could take up to 5 working days.
All packages will be tracked and you will be sent a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. If any problems occur then be sure to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you decide you have made the wrong order for any reason make sure you email us before the afternoon of the following day when your package is likely to be sent.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
At Wrights Honey we pride ourselves on attention to detail and providing the purest form of New Zealand raw honey. If you are not totally impressed by our honey then please be sure to let us know within 15 days email@example.com and we will happily refund the price.
If returning one of our products please be sure to sufficiently re wrap securely and we will arrange a courier for you.
Damaged parcels will be refunded or replaced by us so please be sure to let us know within 15 days accompanied by a photograph to firstname.lastname@example.org
Reasons for return could include:
- Cracked or chipped glass on arrival
- Your honey is not up to your quality standards
- You have been sent the wrong product all together
- The seal on your jar is broken or damaged
If by the off chance we lose track of exact stock numbers and your order cannot be processed we will be in touch immediately to offer a different product or will refund immediately
All prices on our website are in NZD and will include GST.
