Take 1–2 teaspoons daily — straight off the spoon, stirred into warm water with lemon, or spread on toast. For best results, use consistently each morning.
A note on storage: Keep your jar at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed.
If your honey crystallises: Don't worry — this is a natural sign of raw, unfiltered honey. Simply place the jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes and it'll return to its smooth, spreadable consistency. Never microwave it — this damages the natural enzymes.
One important note: Honey is not suitable for children under 12 months.
